Here is the recipe for my Superfood Smoothie Bowl!
For the smoothie:
1 giant handful of spinach
3 stalks of celery, chopped
1 large organic apple
1 tsp spirulina powder
1 scoop collagen powder
1 tbsp grass and shrooms powder by Amazing Grass (it’s wheatgrass and several different mushrooms)
1 tbsp flaxseed powder
Add enough almond milk to blend but not too much. You want it really thick.
Pour your smoothie in the bowl and add your toppings.
These are the toppings I chose:
1 tbsp chia seed
1 tbsp hemp seed
1 tbsp Trader Joe’s dark chocolate chips.
1/4 c chopped raw walnuts
1/4 c chopped strawberries
